Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into scalable Salesforce technical designs and configuration approaches.
- Build custom components, automations, and integrations across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Analyze business processes and recommend application improvements.
- Write, test, troubleshoot, and deploy code within Salesforce environments.
- Gather requirements, refine solution options, and collaborate with client stakeholders.
- Support data migration, environment setup, release coordination, and ongoing solution maintenance.
- Interpret feedback and data to inform solution and delivery decisions.
- Mentor junior team members through code reviews, technical guidance, and issue resolution.
- Document technical specifications, development work, and support procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Client-facing Salesforce development experience preferred.
- Salesforce Administration, Lightning, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud skills preferred.
- Master's or Master of Business Administration degree in Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
- Ability to interpret data, anticipate client and team needs, and navigate changing project priorities preferred.
