Responsibilities
- Contribute to customer implementations across the application lifecycle.
- Deliver classroom-based training for architect, developer, and operations roles.
- Collaborate with consulting engineers, project managers, and account teams.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software development, consulting, or support experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software architectures and application development methodologies.
- Competence in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with databases like MongoDB, Oracle, and MS SQL Server.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in customer settings.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer site visits.
