Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using C#/.NET Core and Python.
- Design and implement microservices and REST APIs.
- Lead CI/CD strategies and deploy stable, secure cloud platforms.
- Operate and troubleshoot pipelines using GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Artifactory, and Octopus Deploy.
- Automate repetitive tasks with Python, shell scripting, and PowerShell.
- Develop test automation frameworks and strategies for unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
- Conduct web-service and API testing using tools such as Bruno and Postman.
- Collaborate with application teams to maintain cloud-platform stability and security.
- Implement logging and monitoring with CloudWatch, AppDynamics, Splunk, Observe, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications and apply QA practices including test-driven and behavior-driven development.
- Lead teams and drive process automation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12+ years of industry experience as a .NET backend engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Experience with C#, object-oriented programming, design patterns, .NET Core, MVC, REST APIs, microservices, and preferably .NET Framework.
- Experience with unit, integration, acceptance, and Selenium-based test automation.
- Experience with source control, TeamCity or Jenkins, and Octopus Deploy or similar deployment tooling.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud technologies, including EC2, VPC, ASG, ALB, Lambda, ECS, EKS, and S3.
- Experience with relational databases such as MSSQL or Oracle; MongoDB experience is desirable.
- Experience with Splunk or similar monitoring tools; AppDynamics or similar performance-tool experience is desirable.
- Experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Kafka experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, team-leadership experience, and experience working with Agile methodologies.
