Base Salary
$180k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production-grade CI/CD pipelines for concurrent deployments.
- Implement advanced deployment strategies like canary releases and blue/green deployments.
- Build self-service deployment tooling for developers with safety guardrails.
- Establish deployment observability with real-time analysis and metrics.
- Define and enforce SLOs/SLIs/SLAs across services.
- Lead incident response processes and develop runbooks.
- Design observability stacks for metrics, logging, and alerting.
- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Design Kafka-based event streaming infrastructure.
- Embed compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD pipeline architecture and deployment strategies.
- Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Expert knowledge of Docker containerization.
- Production experience with Apache Kafka.
- Strong networking fundamentals including DNS and TCP/IP.
- Extensive AWS experience in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with observability platforms like Grafana and Prometheus.
- Experience operating within regulated environments.
