Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Define and deliver the multi-team growth strategy with measurable outcomes.
Lead the design and delivery of software solutions across product areas.
Establish engineering best practices and improve system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance technical requirements with business goals.
Lead by example through high-quality code and mentorship.
Mentor senior engineers and model effective design reviews.
Conduct experiments and A/B tests to validate product hypotheses.
Participate in on-call rotations to maintain service reliability.

12+ years of relevant experience.
BS/BA degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate user requirements into practical solutions.
Ability to work across the stack and build minimum viable products quickly.
Experience with large-scale user-facing applications.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
