Base Salary
$144k - $214k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop orchestration systems that coordinate specialized AI sub-agents across multi-step advertising workflows.
- Build identity, authorization, and permission frameworks for scoped access by diverse caller types.
- Implement expert-feedback signal pipelines and integrate reinforcement learning into production agent systems.
- Design and operate evaluation systems that measure recommendation quality, detect regressions, and enforce quality gates.
- Define integration contracts and onboard consumers in collaboration with product, science, and partner engineering teams.
- Own reliability, observability, performance, and scalability for always-on infrastructure serving thousands of concurrent advertiser accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems for reliability and scaling.
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- 1+ years designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- 1+ years of object-oriented design experience.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Preferred: 3+ years covering the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
