Base Salary
$200k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own AI visibility, citations, sentiment, rankings, and SEO/AEO scorecards and turn performance changes into shipped fixes.
- Run weekly competitor intelligence, AI-citation, SEO, and AEO operating processes.
- Ship on-page optimization, structured data, internal linking, and new pages through the CMS and codebase.
- Own and extend the multi-agent content pipeline for research, drafting, review, compliance gating, and marketing approval.
- Maintain the verified claims and competitor source-of-truth system.
- Monitor crawlability, indexing, AI crawler access, site performance, and regressions with alerts.
- Build measurement feeds connecting search and AI visibility to signups, funded accounts, and CAC by product line.
- Lead the incorporation growth initiative and build monitoring, alerting, and runbooks for each system.
Requirements
- Strong generalist engineering background spanning data pipelines, production changes, monitoring, and alerting.
- Deep current knowledge of technical SEO and how AI answer engines select and cite sources.
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, rank-tracking APIs, and AI visibility platforms such as Profound.
- Experience building LLM or agentic content pipelines that ship to production with human and compliance review gates.
- Ability to work with exact disclosures, verified claims, and compliance review in a regulated business.
- Strong monitoring and alerting discipline and comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
