Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX, PM, QA, and other engineers to design and maintain scalable microservices.
- Champion best practices in integration, unit testing, and performance testing.
- Address scaling challenges and implement robust solutions.
- Provide design feedback and participate in code reviews.
- Monitor feature rollouts to ensure customer success and iterate as needed.
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain resilient systems critical to customer success.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimize for better performance.
- Ensure quality delivery and appropriate monitoring of production work.
Requirements
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin, or another object-oriented language.
- Deep understanding of testing, quality, and best practices.
- Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise messaging.
- Familiarity with asynchronous communication tools like Pulsar, JMS, or Kafka.
- Proven track record of delivering reliable services to production.
- Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex concepts.
- Passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Experience in the IAM space is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
