Responsibilities

  • Develop AI and autonomy software capabilities with the Hivemind Enterprise Autonomy Software Development Kit.
  • Enable customers to integrate Hivemind autonomy software with vehicles and platforms across air, sea, and space.
  • Debug software and API integration issues and deploy Hivemind AI infrastructure at customer sites.
  • Provide technical training and maintain documentation for customer autonomy development efforts.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer feedback and improve products.
  • Travel to and stay at customer sites for deployment, training, and flight testing, with approximately 30% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of industry experience, or 4 years of experience plus a master’s degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an integration or applications engineering role.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a startup environment.
  • Strong software engineering background with strong modern C++ proficiency and intermediate Python proficiency.
  • Ability to travel and stay deployed at customer sites across India.
  • Fluent Hindi and English communication skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include defense aviation or robotics experience, experience building and running a small enterprise software applications or solutions engineering team, and ability to travel to the USA for training for up to 3 months at a time.
