Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, maintain, deploy, monitor, document, and support full-stack production automations.
- Build and consume REST APIs and integrate internal systems and third-party platforms through APIs or controlled browser automation.
- Apply generative AI and LLM APIs to document processing, classification, and AI-assisted reporting with validation and audit controls.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and improve reliability, performance, and recoverability.
- Develop automated tests, conduct code reviews, and implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for unattended automations.
- Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, legal, trading, tax, treasury, finance, and HR stakeholders to validate business logic and communicate technical trade-offs.
- Translate compliance and regulatory requirements into reliable, auditable technical solutions and evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of professional software-development experience with a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Strong proficiency in Python and a modern web framework such as Django.
- Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs.
- Proficient SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of a modern JavaScript framework such as React for UI development.
- Experience with browser-automation or RPA tools and Unix shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience integrating generative AI or LLM APIs into production applications.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication skills and a self-directed, intellectually curious mindset.
