Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for institutional crypto trading.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product and client teams to build solutions that support the full trade lifecycle.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience in Java preferred; alternatively, Go or C++.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade trading, risk or investment software strongly preferred.
- Expertise working with large and complex backend systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Local to NYC HQ.
