Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for institutional crypto trading.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product and client teams to support the full trade lifecycle.
- Contribute across the development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation, transparency, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience, preferably in Java, or alternatively in Go or C++.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science.
- Experience with enterprise-grade trading, risk, or investment software is strongly preferred, or demonstrated interest through project work.
- Expertise working with large and complex backend systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Must be local to the New York City headquarters.
