Base Salary
$107k - $261k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable digital solutions and software applications.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical direction, feasibility analysis, performance optimization, and scalability decisions.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, code reviews, and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with architects, senior engineers, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex features and enhancements.
- Promote engineering best practices, new technologies, tools, coding standards, and quality guidelines.
- Share knowledge through code reviews, technical talks, and workshops.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Requirements
- Require 7–10 years of work experience.
- Require strong problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, teamwork, growth mindset, execution, delivery, and business intelligence skills.
- Prefer experience with cloud systems such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
- Prefer experience building systems that leverage GenAI capabilities.
- Prefer a master’s degree in Computer Science or another relevant engineering field.
