Base Salary
$192k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new features and products end-to-end with engineers across the company.
- Own user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics for assigned problems.
- Drive roadmap direction, architectural design, and technical mentorship.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support teams to understand customer needs.
- Tune and polish features to a high standard of quality.
- Identify and implement reliability and performance improvements.
- Maintain consistency across codebases, infrastructure, and engineering processes.
- Develop platform capabilities including notifications, collaborative commenting, workflow rule building, task orchestration, backend APIs, rule-evaluation engines, and frontend task interfaces.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying full-stack products.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or Python.
- Experience architecting, building, and maintaining scalable, high-availability distributed systems.
- Experience designing and optimizing SQL and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query performance tuning, and schema design.
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies and tools such as ES6+, React, TypeScript, and Webpack.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in product, design, and operations is a bonus.
- Experience driving broader organizational initiatives is a bonus.
- Experience with in-product experiments and A/B testing is a bonus.
- Experience and interest in leveraging AI developer tools is a bonus.
