Responsibilities

  • Conduct business discovery workshops and translate customer objectives into Celonis use cases, project scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
  • Configure data connectivity, extraction pipelines, data models, process analyses, KPIs, dashboards, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights on the Celonis platform.
  • Direct AI deployment agents such as Apollo, write implementation specifications, and validate and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and root causes, lead value-creation workshops, define success measures, and quantify customer business impact.
  • Design scalable, robust, user-friendly, maintainable, and sustainable operational solutions that improve process conformance, adoption, and value realization.
  • Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations; train users, support rollout and handover, and document solution decisions and configurations.
  • Develop domain or industry expertise, create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures, and collaborate with Product and Business Apps teams on platform improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in management or IT consulting, data or solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
  • Ability to build and configure Celonis solutions involving data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation, with proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, with the ability to write precise specifications and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
  • Strong enterprise business-process and financial-metric knowledge, with expertise in areas such as Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory Management, or Accounts Payable.
  • Knowledge of standard ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a strong plus.
  • Ability to lead customer workshops, present findings to management, manage stakeholders, and work with technical and business audiences.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50% based on customer requirements and project delivery phases.
  • Prompt engineering or context engineering experience is a strong plus, along with strong problem-solving, analytical, learning, and value-oriented consulting skills.
