Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and deploy reliable, high-performance, scalable AI solutions and systems in production.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions for Customer Support.
- Develop and maintain ML infrastructure and pipelines for data processing, model training, and model serving.
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Collect, preprocess, and clean large text datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Apply software development best practices, version control, CI/CD processes, and unit testing.
- Integrate machine learning solutions into software applications and platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or an engineering-related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer building and deploying scalable machine learning or AI solutions and data-driven systems.
- Experience building AI products such as chatbot assistants or RAG systems.
- Strong software engineering skills for computationally effective solutions in large-scale production environments, including data version control, model serving, and continuous monitoring and alerting.
- Experience deploying ML models using AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Expertise in Python and familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or Langfuse.
- Experience with workflow orchestration, algorithm optimization, feature engineering pipelines, data ingestion, and data transformation.
- Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, Docker, and Git.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills, with working proficiency in written and spoken English.
