Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure code quality, accuracy, testability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and educational content and adapt it based on product updates and user feedback.
- Triage, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by analyzing their sources and impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
- Build and deploy recommendation-system models and contribute to model optimization and data processing using ML infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Two years of experience with C++ and Python, or one year of experience with an advanced degree.
- One year of experience building and deploying production recommendation-system models involving retrieval, prediction, ranking, personalization, search quality, or embeddings.
- One year of experience with ML infrastructure, such as model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, and debugging.
- Preferred: master’s degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- Preferred: two years of experience with data structures and algorithms, experience with AI algorithms, and experience developing accessible technologies.
Benefits
- US base salary is $147000–$210000, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
