Responsibilities
- Build and evolve Codesmith, our background coding agent.
- Create tools to help engineers and AI agents debug flaky CI jobs.
- Collaborate with design to deliver polished, high-performance product surfaces.
- Prototype and iterate on AI-powered features.
- Contribute to the architecture of the agent platform.
Requirements
- Strong CS fundamentals and deep understanding of React.
- Experience in modern frontend development.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Willingness to work in person 5 days a week in NYC.
- Comfortable in an early-stage startup environment with ambiguity.
