Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Agentic AI modules using Python and MCP, including agent-to-agent collaboration.
- Architect and deliver GenAI-powered applications using LLMs, prompt engineering pipelines, and RAG patterns.
- Build scalable, high-performance Java or Python applications and microservices on AWS.
- Design batch-processing and real-time streaming solutions across relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement authentication and authorization for MCPs, AI agents, and APIs using OAuth 2.0, JWT, IAM roles, and mTLS.
- Integrate security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines and enforce encryption at rest and in transit.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement lasting fixes.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automated testing, DevOps practices, delivery speed, and release confidence.
- Contribute to architecture, system design, estimation, automation, optimization, and continuous-improvement discussions.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, Solution Architecture, and UX teams.
- Mentor engineers and foster an engineering culture focused on quality, security, and innovation.
Requirements
- 13+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java and Python.
- Hands-on production experience designing and deploying Agentic AI, MCP servers, and multi-agent systems.
- Deep familiarity with AWS and distributed-systems architecture.
- Experience with DynamoDB, MongoDB, Aurora MySQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Strong knowledge of API authentication and security, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Experience with Veracode or equivalent security-scanning tools integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of system design, microservices, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a regulated enterprise environment.
