Responsibilities
- Architect, lead development of, and implement secure, scalable, resilient, and highly available IAM solutions in hybrid Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory environments.
- Automate user and non-human identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control.
- Build and maintain enterprise IAM integrations with IT, HR, internal, and external systems.
- Own the reliability, security, and modernization of identity platforms supporting enterprise access and Zero Trust security.
- Design, build, and maintain reusable backend microservices, APIs, database operations, and React-based user interfaces.
- Integrate Entra ID authentication and authorization with broader Zero Trust architecture.
- Partner with security architecture, infrastructure, application, HR, IT, stakeholders, TPMs, and engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and establish architectural standards.
Requirements
- 9–14 years of software engineering experience with significant experience focused on IAM domains.
- Expertise designing and developing web applications, APIs, and microservices using .NET or Go, React, and SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud-native security.
- Experience with SailPoint, IdentityIQ, Okta, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and ADO.
- Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural standards-setting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or a similar field.
