Responsibilities
- Identify gaps and product opportunities in fraud, abuse, and risk across platforms and mobile applications and translate them into product solutions.
- Collaborate with product, business, programme management, backend, and SRE teams to deliver and maintain products, solutions, and services.
- Participate in technical and product reviews and complete assigned code and design reviews.
- Research advancements in Android and fraud tools to keep products current.
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable, and operationally excellent code while tracking impact and observability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Experience creating detailed technical documentation for cross-department, cross-location, and senior-leadership audiences.
- Experience making architectural tradeoffs to rapidly deliver software solutions.
- Experience as a successful software development leader for large-scale, highly available internet and mobile applications.
- Experience working with and growing geographically distributed partner teams.
- Experience with the Android SDK, multithreaded applications, concurrency, and Android or Linux OS internals.
- Fluency in Java, Kotlin, or C++.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitLab.
