Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce architecture and solution design across initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, enhance, and support Salesforce applications across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, CPQ, and integrated platforms.
- Build customized solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce configuration.
- Provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, code reviews, standards enforcement, and mentoring.
- Lead SDLC governance, release planning, deployment strategy, and production readiness reviews.
- Design enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, middleware, and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Drive platform modernization, technical debt reduction, performance optimization, data quality, data governance, and technical documentation.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical production incidents.
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams on Salesforce strategy and roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of Salesforce platform experience with proven technical leadership.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce architecture.
- Extensive experience with REST/SOAP APIs, enterprise integrations, and middleware platforms.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, governor limits, platform optimization, large data volumes, data migration, and data governance.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and enterprise SDLC methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II certification is required; Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, and AI certifications are preferred.
