Deployment Strategist
NorthslopeResponsibilities
- Understand customers’ most critical objectives and business challenges
- Build operationalized workflows on enterprise data for end users
- Develop innovative data-driven solutions that drive operational change
- Write code and ship production software
- Iterate quickly and build solutions from scratch
- Work directly with enterprise clients and alongside users during implementations
Requirements
- Strong customer-centric problem-solving skills and commitment to customer success
- Exceptional analytical ability to deconstruct complex problems and develop high-impact solutions
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects and outcomes
- Experience managing and deriving insights from structured and unstructured large-scale datasets in production environments
- Ability and willingness to write code and ship production software
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to travel as needed for client implementation work, typically 10–33% of the time
- Preferred: experience delivering production enterprise AI solutions
- Preferred: experience with Palantir Foundry and/or AIP
- Preferred: familiarity with or proficiency in TypeScript or Python
