Responsibilities
- Build integrations and multi-step workflows across BigQuery, Google Cloud, Google Apps Script, and HR and hiring platform APIs.
- Put Claude and Gemini into production workflows with structured outputs, guardrails, and human checkpoints.
- Design configurable automation engines rather than one-off scripts and maintain them end to end.
- Work with People & Culture process owners to translate operational processes into buildable systems.
- Track and report the hours and costs saved through automation.
Requirements
- Strong BigQuery and SQL skills.
- Expert-level workflow automation experience, including multi-step scenarios, branching, data stores, error handling, and webhooks.
- Practical experience putting LLMs into production with structured outputs, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Ability to handle sensitive pay, performance, and candidate information discreetly and in line with GDPR.
- Conversational English language skills.
- Working code ability in JavaScript through Google Apps Script and/or Python is helpful.
- Google Cloud experience, including Firebase or AI Studio, is helpful.
- Experience guiding a non-technical team through a change in how it works is helpful.
