Responsibilities
- Build the backend that enables AI employees to function effectively.
- Design and implement services and pipelines for processing large volumes of data.
- Own significant components of the platform infrastructure.
- Monitor and ensure the reliability of the systems you build.
- Ship code frequently in a fast-paced, flat engineering organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend experience, preferably in a high-growth startup.
- Strong experience with data-intensive services at scale.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and database performance.
- Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, with knowledge of Python or Go as a plus.
