Base Salary

$144k - $194k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Analyze requirements and drive the architecture, design, and implementation of distributed systems, applications, and frameworks.
  • Build scalable, fault-tolerant, low-cost distributed storage, index, and query systems.
  • Develop software for inventory, warehouse management, workflow orchestration, and supply chain automation.
  • Create solutions that run predictions on distributed systems at large scale.
  • Design and code solutions for broadly defined problems in an iterative development environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and business stakeholders to bring products and services to market.
  • Contribute to architecture roadmaps, planning, cross-team efforts, testing, operations, and delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • Have 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
  • Have 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
  • Have 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
  • Have 1+ years of object-oriented design experience.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Have experience programming with at least one software programming language.
  • Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
