Base Salary
$144k - $194k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and drive the architecture, design, and implementation of distributed systems, applications, and frameworks.
- Build scalable, fault-tolerant, low-cost distributed storage, index, and query systems.
- Develop software for inventory, warehouse management, workflow orchestration, and supply chain automation.
- Create solutions that run predictions on distributed systems at large scale.
- Design and code solutions for broadly defined problems in an iterative development environment.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and business stakeholders to bring products and services to market.
- Contribute to architecture roadmaps, planning, cross-team efforts, testing, operations, and delivery of high-quality software.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- Have 2+ years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Have 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
- Have 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed applications, tools, systems, or services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
- Have 1+ years of object-oriented design experience.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Have experience programming with at least one software programming language.
- Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of full software development lifecycle experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
