Responsibilities
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform components.
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, JSON, and related technologies.
- Provide L2 and L3 troubleshooting, technical support, maintenance, and post-implementation assistance.
- Administer the ServiceNow platform and support upgrades, patches, and new releases.
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, systems, software products, and solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and ServiceNow professionals to align solutions with organizational goals.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and ITIL frameworks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience is stated as the minimum, with 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles specified in the technical qualifications.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and VA.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, Service Portal design and development, custom application development, and ServiceNow version upgrades.
- Familiarity with Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets, ServiceNow architecture, data models, and best practices.
- ServiceNow Certified Developer (CAD) certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM/ITOM certification is listed as an additional qualification.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong communication, teamwork, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
