Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and release high-quality software with developers.
- Author and execute test plans for various testing types.
- Research industry standards to translate requirements into software design.
- Create Scrum user stories to guide software development.
- Communicate with product users to identify and advocate for their needs.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user experience mockups.
- Define user workflows for AI-assisted operations and system management.
- Evaluate AI-assisted features for diagnostics and operational recommendations.
- Design and test scenarios simulating real-world enterprise deployments.
- Define safe operational boundaries for AI-assisted system operations.
- Author and review user guide documentation for accuracy.
- Provide best practices and technical assistance for the product.
- Work with automation engineers to design UI automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Professional experience in GIS or IT environments.
- Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise or comparable IT systems.
- Familiarity with RDBMS systems, preferably PostgreSQL.
- General server administration knowledge on Windows or Linux.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
