Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery across the development lifecycle.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Manage team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze, define, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and propose practical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience defining and documenting detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Ability to communicate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to identify gaps and prioritize multiple requirements in a dynamic project environment.
- 15 years of full-time education.
