Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain HTS Assist deployments across partner environments.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and regression QA for voice/chat bots.
- Monitor operational health through analytics and logging tools.
- Support technical and operational enablement for new partner integrations.
- Work hands-on with partner engineers to implement HTS Assist capabilities.
- Define and track performance metrics for HTS Assist.
- Design experiments to improve HTS Assist outcomes using data tools.
- Understand and document system interconnections for workflow optimization.
- Build and maintain automation scripts for implementation processes.
- Serve as a liaison between Product, AI Engineering, and operational teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, SQL, and Python.
- Understanding of LLM-based systems and conversational AI testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud telephony and CPaaS providers.
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
