Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime from design through production.
- Establish engineering patterns and standards for the growing team.
- Collaborate with founders by providing technical leadership and judgment.
- Build and ship reliable, observable production systems with measurable customer impact.
- Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Implement monitoring, tracing, reliable retry patterns, and queuing patterns for distributed systems.
Requirements
- 3–9 years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build a product or system from zero to one.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js for full-stack development.
- Experience building workflows around large language models and agent-based platforms.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and PostgreSQL, including cloud infrastructure and database design.
- Strong computer science or engineering academic background with a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD.
- Experience at an early-stage, venture-backed startup; candidates whose careers have been exclusively at large enterprises or big tech are not a fit.
- Enthusiasm for joining as the first employee and shaping the company from the ground up.

- Salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually.
