Base Salary
$130k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead and authority for Quality Oversight platforms.
- Partner with Product Management to discover and deliver strategic platform enhancements and business initiatives.
- Design and prototype solutions for QMS and Quality workflows, including deviations, CAPAs, change control, quality events, controlled documents, and training.
- Provide hands-on software engineering, enterprise integrations, and platform configuration involving workflows, security models, and lifecycles.
- Mentor, coach, and provide technical leadership and escalation support for junior engineers.
- Own technical validation and release management activities in regulated GxP environments and guide transformation toward CI/CD where possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a regulated environment, such as pharma.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex platform enhancements and business process improvements.
- Hands-on experience with software engineering, integrations, and platform configuration.
- Veeva Vault Administrator Certification or equivalent hands-on Vault JDK custom development and configuration experience is strongly valued.
- Experience leading major Quality platform implementations or enhancement initiatives.
- Experience building custom integrations with enterprise and localized systems from research laboratories through manufacturing operations.
- Experience supporting integrations, automation, analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives in regulated environments.
