Base Salary

$173k - $260k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Define and govern end-to-end architecture for Workday Financials, Accounting Center, and enterprise integration platforms.
  • Architect and deliver secure, scalable Workday-MuleSoft integrations across Salesforce, RevRec, Vertex, and banking platforms.
  • Lead adoption of Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and CodeWhisperer, and prototype agentic AI use cases for finance.
  • Design and operate cloud-native integration infrastructure on AWS and/or GCP using event-driven, serverless, and microservices approaches.
  • Mentor engineers through architecture and code reviews and collaborate cross-functionally on end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience, including Workday Financials, Accounting Center, or comparable Oracle or SAP ERP platforms.
  • Experience in complex, integration-heavy environments and technical leadership for large-scale enterprise architecture and solution design.
  • Expertise in Workday Business Processes, Security, Accounting Center, Prism Analytics, Core Connectors, EIB, Studio, Workday Extend, Orchestrate, BIRT, and Document Transformation.
  • Hands-on mastery of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Studio, ESB, API Management, and CloudHub.
  • Knowledge of SOA, event-driven design, API design, REST/SOAP web services, asynchronous messaging, and secure API-led integrations.
  • Experience with AI developer productivity tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and CodeWhisperer.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and log-analysis skills, including Splunk or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex designs to technical and business audiences.
  • Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, Agentforce or LLM/agentic AI tooling, SOX compliance, enterprise security, finance/ERP governance, and Kafka, Pub/Sub, SQS, or equivalent systems.
  • A related technical degree is preferred.
