Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Embed with strategic enterprise customers to understand their domain, data sources, security requirements, and workflows.
- Build production connectors, data ingestion pipelines, workflow automations, and domain-specific features on F2’s platform.
- Own the technical customer relationship from initial deployment and configuration through production rollout and optimization.
- Prototype, validate, iterate on customer feedback, and ship solutions through production engineering processes.
- Turn one-off customer solutions into reusable platform abstractions and capabilities.
- Bring customer insights to engineering and product roadmaps.
- Participate in shared code reviews and architecture discussions with the core engineering organization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience shipping production software.
- Hands-on full-stack or backend engineering experience, ideally with Python and/or TypeScript.
- Ability to own features end-to-end across unfamiliar codebases.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical customer stakeholders.
- Working familiarity with AWS, containers, CI/CD, and Postgres/SQL.
- Experience with connectors, APIs, or ETL/data pipelines for real-world data sources and enterprise systems.
- Understanding of enterprise security concepts including tenant isolation, least-privilege access, and data handling.
- Experience with Temporal, Redis, and LLM tooling is a strong plus.
- Interest in learning private markets or finance and working across a full AI application stack.
