Responsibilities
- Design and architect growth infrastructure including experimentation frameworks and analytics pipelines.
- Build complex monetization features such as multi-tier pricing and subscription management.
- Lead technical decision-making for growth initiatives, balancing experimentation and commitment.
- Mentor engineers on growth best practices and experimentation rigor.
- Identify high-leverage opportunities by analyzing data and unblocking bottlenecks.
- Partner with leadership to shape company-wide growth strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building production web applications with full-stack expertise.
- Proven track record of moving critical business metrics at scale.
- Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to architect complex systems.
- Expertise in experimentation with a focus on statistical rigor.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js or similar technologies.
- Deep product and business sense with the ability to drive measurable change.
- Experience with payment systems and billing logic at scale.
- High autonomy and a growth mindset that promotes psychological safety.
