Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of IT process automation solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and requirements.
- Design, configure, and maintain automation workflows and scripts.
- Ensure the stability and reliability of automated processes.
- Train and mentor team members on IT automation best practices.
- Monitor and optimize automated processes for improved performance and scalability.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to IT process automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
- Required skills include Amazon Web Services, machine learning, people leadership, risk management, client relations, collaboration, and communication-oriented capabilities.
- Certifications listed include AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, Google Cloud Certified Associate Cloud Engineer, and Red Hat Certified Engineer.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
