Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, robust AI-driven solutions.
- Develop and optimize production-grade AI application pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Apply large language models and generative AI technologies to practical solutions.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, serving as a subject-matter expert and contributing to key decisions.
- Provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with large language models.
- Proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
- Strong understanding of AI model deployment in cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience with generative AI technologies and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, neural networks, and image processing.
- Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines for production-grade applications.
- Experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform and Prompt Engineering is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
