Responsibilities

Design and deploy enterprise LLM-powered applications using Azure OpenAI.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines using Azure AI Search with vector and hybrid search.
Develop Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using tool-based reasoning frameworks.
Implement custom Azure AI Document Intelligence models for structured data extraction.
Architect scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and multi-tenant AI deployments.
Develop and manage knowledge graphs for structured reasoning and contextual intelligence.
Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques, including few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, and ReAct approaches.
Use Prompt Flow in Azure AI Studio for AI experimentation, testing, and versioning.
Design conversational AI systems with fallback handling and contextual memory.
Build and manage MLOps pipelines using Azure Machine Learning.

10+ years of overall professional experience with a focus on Azure OpenAI API deployments, scaling, and optimization.
Proven experience building RAG pipelines with Azure AI Search.
Experience with vector databases and hybrid search architectures.
Practical experience with Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.
Hands-on experience with Azure AI Document Intelligence, formerly Form Recognizer.
Strong understanding of knowledge graphs and semantic modeling.
Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
Experience with Prompt Flow and Azure AI Studio.
Strong Python and cloud-native development background.
Experience with Azure Machine Learning and MLOps pipelines.
Ability to design scalable, secure enterprise AI architectures.
Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks is preferred.
Exposure to multi-agent orchestration tools is preferred.
Prior enterprise-client or large-scale AI deployment experience is preferred.
