Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and engagement for multiple teams adopting the AI platform.
- Advise teams on model development, LLM enablement, deployment patterns, monitoring, and appropriate platform tooling.
- Help teams integrate with identity and access, data, model, observability, and other enterprise platform services.
- Diagnose onboarding blockers and create reusable templates, documentation, automation, and implementation patterns.
- Build communities of practice through knowledge-sharing sessions, office hours, enablement materials, and practical examples.
- Promote secure, responsible, and compliant AI implementations in partnership with risk, security, and governance stakeholders.
- Track onboarding and adoption metrics and continuously improve the engagement model.
- Develop and socialize reference architectures and technical recommendations across delivery teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong breadth across AI engineering and platforms, including LLM enablement, prompting patterns, RAG, vector search, evaluation, guardrails, and production GenAI use cases.
- Experience working with large-scale, federated enterprises and shared platforms with diverse engineering standards.
- Practical knowledge of Python, APIs or microservices, containers, and cloud or hybrid environments.
- Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable technical recommendations and influence without formal authority.
- Experience designing enterprise integration patterns involving identity and access management, data platforms, logging and monitoring, and secrets management.
- Awareness of security, privacy, resilience, model risk, and auditability controls relevant to AI delivery in regulated environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
