Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and document full-stack SaaS applications across three healthcare operations platforms.
- Build customer-facing web applications, APIs, backend services, microservices, and event-driven architectures for multi-tenant deployments.
- Build and consume APIs integrating enterprise systems, healthcare technologies, and third-party platforms.
- Contribute to cloud-native architecture decisions involving scalability, resiliency, observability, maintainability, and platform reuse.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, role-based access control, API security, and secure software development practices.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, quality engineering, monitoring, telemetry, and DevSecOps practices.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, user experience, and technical debt while accelerating feature delivery.
- Participate in architecture reviews and establish software standards, frameworks, and foundational platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Data Science, Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, QA, and other partners.
- Provide level 3 support, troubleshoot systems problems, lead or contribute to designs and meetings, and guide less experienced team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software coding and development experience.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with full-stack application development, integrations, APIs, application design, testing, and software development life cycle practices.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern web frameworks or component libraries.
- Experience with .NET/C# or equivalent enterprise backend technologies, RESTful API design, microservices, and API security.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, or Azure Event Grid.
- Experience with SQL Server, relational database design, data modeling, and database optimization; familiarity with Snowflake is preferred.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code concepts and tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.
- Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application monitoring, observability, SSDLC, and DevSecOps.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in MIS, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with customer-facing SaaS products, multi-tenant architectures, healthcare technology, enterprise identity and access management, or AI/ML-enabled applications is preferred.
