Responsibilities
- Create enterprise solution architectures, AI use cases, platform positioning, and strategic sales campaigns.
- Partner with Sales Engineering and Account Executives on major enterprise opportunities and executive workshops.
- Package successful customer engagements into repeatable architectures, sales plays, and field enablement assets.
- Build feedback loops between customers and Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap investments.
- Represent Qualtrics at industry conferences, customer events, analyst briefings, and executive advisory sessions.
- Coach and enable the broader field sales engineering organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture, strategic presales, or Field CTO roles within enterprise software.
- Experience architecting and positioning complex platforms alongside enterprise AI, data strategy, cloud, CRM, or CDP environments.
- Hands-on experience advising C-level executives at Fortune 500 organizations on digital transformation and business value.
- A track record of creating scalable intellectual property, technical positioning frameworks, or field enablement programs.
- Cross-functional experience aligning Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
