Base Salary
$221k - $299k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of Pave's AI compensation analyst.
- Shape the technical vision and execution of the product.
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to build the product end-to-end.
- Drive technical alignment across teams and define primitives for engineering.
- Identify customer problems that AI can uniquely solve.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building production systems.
- Deep hands-on expertise in LLMs, agentic architectures, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong product intuition and ability to partner with Product teams.
- Proven track record of leading 0→1 technical initiatives.
- Pragmatic engineering judgment and ability to balance speed and quality.
