
Solution Architect (Marketing, Data360 or Agentforce Contact Center)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor and platform expert for PACE industry enterprise clients.
- Lead one or more workstreams across complex customer engagements and own solution execution with customers.
- Design and deliver Salesforce solutions using Marketing Cloud, Agentforce Contact Center, Data360, and the Salesforce platform.
- Lead discovery sessions, define requirements, write user stories, and create detailed system and functional designs.
- Document business processes and wireframe future-state system designs using process-flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams.
- Manage risks, customer expectations, complex negotiations, roadblocks, and issue resolution through completion.
- Review and correct program direction, delivery approaches, and key artifacts to keep solutions maintainable and programs on track.
- Present complex concepts and solution recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-suite audiences.
- Guide customers and colleagues in adopting emerging technologies and agentic delivery approaches.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects across the full lifecycle; the senior level requires at least 10 years.
- At least 1 year of PACE industry experience for the Solution Architect level; the senior level requires at least 3 years.
- Extensive experience configuring and customizing Marketing Cloud and/or Data360, with PACE industry experience.
- Expertise defining system architecture landscapes, identifying current-to-target-state gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Experience leading discovery, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and producing system and functional designs.
- Experience with AI toolchains such as Claude, Cursor, and Elements Cloud.
- Strong presentation, written communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale or enterprise implementations with multiple workstreams.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in technology, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is preferred; equivalent demonstrable work experience may substitute.
- Proven results delivering high-value business outcomes using an agile approach and leading customer or partner success stories are preferred.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications and accreditations, including CG Cloud or REX Accreditation, and consulting experience are preferred.
