Responsibilities
- Shape project requirements with clients as the system evolves.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans.
- Design, build, and maintain back-end services in a microservices architecture.
- Collaborate directly with clients and keep the team aligned.
- Make technical decisions independently and flag risks early.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Practical experience designing and developing microservices architectures.
- Good understanding of asynchronous communication, message queues, and event-based messaging.
- Experience with NoSQL databases and understanding of eventual consistency.
- Solid knowledge of designing and developing REST APIs.
- Fluent English and native-level Polish.
