Responsibilities
- Build backend and full-stack features, workflows, APIs, and digital-product functionality for Akiem products.
- Write secure, tested, and maintainable code with automated tests.
- Contribute to deployment pipelines and provide technical production support.
- Take over, stabilize, and improve existing codebases.
- Optionally coordinate day-to-day engineering work as a Team Facilitator while remaining predominantly hands-on.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of modern product engineering experience in a backend or full-stack role.
- Solid experience with automated testing, secure coding, and CI/CD.
- Production support experience and experience taking over existing codebases.
- Fluent English at C1 level.
- Preferred: experience with Java/Spring Boot, a modern frontend framework, PostgreSQL, Azure, workflow or business-process applications, and enterprise IT environments.
