Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain integration architecture designs and integration contracts addressing functional and non-functional requirements.
- Select and implement real-time, event-driven, publish-subscribe, asynchronous, batch, and data integration patterns.
- Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support integrations using MuleSoft and SnapLogic across SaaS, AWS-hosted, cloud-native, and on-premise systems.
- Implement API management, gateway policies, runtime and deployment environments, data transformation, connectors, adapters, and orchestration frameworks.
- Build automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, and support release management and DevOps practices.
- Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, resilient, observable, and optimized through logging, monitoring, error handling, and performance improvements.
- Use AWS SQS and SNS for decoupled and event-driven integration architectures.
- Collaborate with globally distributed engineering, product, architecture, and business teams across US and Japan time zones.
- Support production deployments, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and on-call production support rotations.
- Drive integration reuse, standardization, documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations on one or more integration platforms.
- 5+ years of hands-on integration design and development experience with MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic.
- MuleSoft and/or SnapLogic certification.
- Experience with AWS SQS and SNS.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, ReadyAPI, and Postman.
- Exposure to MCP Servers and agentic-based integrations is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, independent-working, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
