Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components and modules within Oracle PeopleSoft Financials environments.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, serving as a subject matter expert and making team decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems affecting multiple teams.
- Lead project coordination to support timely delivery and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to financial systems.
- Apply integration techniques and data migration strategies within enterprise applications.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials.
- Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft Financials and experience designing and implementing custom modules.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex financial-system technical issues.
- Familiarity with enterprise application integration techniques and data migration strategies.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
