Responsibilities
- Write, review, and ship production code.

Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping enterprise software.
- Strong full-stack expertise and deep proficiency in TypeScript.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.
- Familiarity with multiple architectural approaches, including microservices.
- Solid grounding in agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps culture.
- Proven track record of raising engineering standards through mentorship.
- Strong communication skills and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
