Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases and usage scenarios.
- Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, engineering staff, and clients on requirements, progress, and delivery.
- Prepare software documentation, reports, diagrams, code comments, status updates, and project specifications.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clear customer communications and respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Participate in ongoing training and certifications to develop programming and technical skills.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill: Agentic AI.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software processes, system issues, and performance concerns.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to create test scenarios, validation processes, technical reports, and formal documentation.
