[RTC] Senior Software Engineer (.NET)

Responsibilities
- Design and build new features and scalable solutions from the ground up.
- Create proof of concepts, technical spikes, and validate technical ideas.
- Replace legacy systems with new architectures without focusing on legacy maintenance.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Shape product architecture and technical direction.
- Collaborate with senior and principal developers, testers, business analysts, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of commercial experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Experience with AWS DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, SOLID, domain-driven design, and clean code practices.
- Experience creating unit and integration tests, with component or contract testing preferred.
- Practical experience with SQL, MongoDB, NHibernate, Entity Framework, or Azure Storage.
- Real-world experience using AI tools.
- Knowledge of Angular 12+, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and Git is advantageous.
- Experience designing new systems or working on greenfield projects is advantageous.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture, distributed systems, AWS, and Azure is advantageous.
- Willingness to mentor developers and participate actively in technical discussions.
