Responsibilities
- Design and build high-throughput, low-latency backend systems for logistics management.
- Own services from design through deployment and production operation under a “you build it, you run it” model.
- Develop and optimize C# and .NET backend services, APIs, databases, event-driven systems, and distributed messaging.
- Improve reliability, performance, caching, eventual consistency, and high-concurrency behavior.
- Lead architectural reviews, drive code quality, and mentor other engineers.
- Support mobile and platform integration through payload optimization, offline synchronization, push notifications, and API versioning.
Requirements
- Extensive experience architecting high-throughput, low-latency backend systems with C# and .NET Core or ASP.NET Core.
- Strong experience with PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core optimization under high-concurrency workloads.
- Pragmatic experience with SOAP/WCF and resilient API design.
- Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Service Bus or Kafka, and cloud-native environments.
- Experience with event-driven architectures, distributed systems, caching, and optimization for high availability.
- Understanding of backend requirements for mobile integration.
- Proven technical leadership in mentoring engineers, leading architectural reviews, and driving code quality.
- Fluent English at least at B2 level.
